Representatives across England and Wales work tirelessly to support members, often going above and beyond to ensure their voices are heard and their interests protected.

This year, we launched the Rep of the Year Award to recognise those who have demonstrated exceptional commitment, leadership and service. We have been delighted to receive nominations celebrating the outstanding work taking place across our representative network, with strong representation from female nominees highlighting its talent and diversity.

The winners will be announced at our Annual Conference, where we will pay tribute to their achievements and dedication.
