Mollie Flood, Victim and Witness Support Officer, has made an extraordinary impact on members, colleagues and the wider Federation community through her dedication, compassion and commitment to doing the right thing.

A highly respected workplace representative, Mollie built a reputation for being approachable, supportive and determined to secure the best possible outcomes for members. Those qualities have continued to define her work since joining the Federation team full-time, where she has quickly become a trusted source of support for officers facing some of the most challenging moments of their careers.

Mollie stepped into her role during a particularly difficult period for the Federation and immediately rose to the challenge, ensuring members continued to receive the support they needed. Taking on complex areas of work, including ill-health retirement processes, serious injury cases and welfare matters, she showed remarkable initiative, teaching herself new procedures to ensure no member was left without assistance.

Known for her integrity and strong sense of fairness, Mollie is never afraid to challenge where necessary to ensure members receive the support and treatment they deserve. Her commitment to member welfare reflects the very best values of the Police Federation.
