Established by the Police Act 1919, we are a branch of the Police Federation of England & Wales and are dedicated to supporting our members daily on a wide range of matters. Our goal is to provide the assistance and resources needed to navigate the challenges of modern policing alongside family life.

Our website offers a wealth of information designed to assist. We have partnered with various companies to offer help and guidance on a diverse array of topics, ensuring access to the best support and advice available.

Our dedicated team of volunteer Workplace Reps and staff work tirelessly on behalf of our members and are committed to advocating for their needs and interests, both locally and on a national stage. Our members voice really does matter, and we strive to represent their views effectively.

Lincolnshire Police Federation serves as the staff association representing the rank and file officers within Lincolnshire Police, up to and including the rank of Chief Inspector. Run by serving police officers for serving police officers, we are completely independent with no political affiliation or association with outside bodies. Barred from all forms of political and industrial action, we also represent, influence, and inform to improve the pay and working conditions of our members and to enhance the efficiency of Lincolnshire Police.
