This survey gives everyone the opportunity to share their experiences and views about wellbeing across the organisation. 

Last year, in Lincolnshire , 626 of you took the time to complete our wellbeing survey, around 25% of our workforce. This gave us valuable insight into what we're doing well and where we need to focus next. 

We know there is still more to do and that's why this year's survey remains so important. Each response helps us build a clearer picture of the experience of our people and how we can all work together to create a positive and supportive working environment.
