The latest PFFI (Police Family Finance Index) survey is now live

Lincolnshire Federation are asking members to complete the Police Friendly Family Finance Index survey.

The Police Family Finance Index (PFFI) builds an independent picture of the financial pressures facing Police Officers and Staff across the UK. The findings inform discussions on Police pay and help target workforce support.

The last annual report, based on over 13,500 responses from across the UK Police family, highlighted:

• 68% of Police Officers and 51% of Police Staff reported current financial concerns
• 56% of Police Officers and 44% of Police Staff said their financial situation had worsened over the past year
