The Member Value Report lifts the lid on the vast array of support the Police Federation provides to the rank and file officers in England and Wales.

The report is first of its kind to be produced to showcase the work we do, locally and nationally, in providing legal services, influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to ensure fair pay and work conditions, and the tools used to represent the voice of more than 145,000 police officers.
