Please provide the following information for the period 1 July 2023 to present:

1. The total number of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) or confidentiality clauses entered into by the Police Federation of England and Wales. 

2. The number of NDAs associated with: 

• employment disputes 

• whistleblowing complaints 

• financial or governance concerns. 

3. The total financial value of settlements associated with those NDAs.

The Police Federation of England and Wales is unable to provide responses to FOI 00481 requests under sections 31, Law Enforcement, and section 30, Investigations and Proceedings Conducted by Public Authorities, of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
