QUESTION:
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide:
1. The number of formal complaints, whistleblowing reports, or governance concerns raised regarding the Police Federation of England and Wales national leadership between 1 July 2023 and the present date.
2. The number of such complaints that related to:
- financial decision-making
- governance concerns
- conflicts of interest
- misuse of federation funds.
3. Copies or summaries of any internal reports or assessments produced in response to these complaints.

RESPONSE:
The Police Federation of England and Wales is unable to provide responses to FOI 00480 requests under sections 31, Law Enforcement, and section 30, Investigations and Proceedings Conducted by Public Authorities, of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
We will keep this under review and should this position change then we will revert to you with this information.
