QUESTION:

Under the FOI Act 2000, please provide me with the number of complaints, conduct matters, or misconduct allegations in the last two years relating to Mr Mukund Krishna. 

For each complaint or conduct matter identified above, please provide: 

- The date recorded 

- The general nature of the allegation 

- The status or outcome category 

The number of such complaints that were referred to the IOPC and the outcome category recorded where known. 

Where held, please provide copies or summaries of complaints records or decision notices relating to these matters. I understand that personal data or sensitive operational information may need to be redacted, but where it is possible I think there is an incredibly compelling public interest case for information to be public. As such, redacted documents or summaries are acceptable.

The Police Federation of England and Wales is unable to provide a responses to FOI 00477 request under sections 31, Law Enforcement, and section 30, Investigations and Proceedings Conducted by Public Authorities, of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
