RESPONSE: 

Elected representatives of the Police Federation of England and Wales receive different remuneration depending on the Force that they are part of. For example, City of London Police Force and the Metropolitan Police Force receive London allowance as part of their salary, which can be up to £9,000 more than an officer in a Force outside of the Southeast. Additionally, Bedfordshire Police Force, Essex Police Force, Hampshire Police Force, Hertfordshire Police Force, Kent Police Force, Surrey Police Force, Sussex Police Force and Thames Valley Police Force all receive South East Allowance, which varies from an additional £2,000 and goes up to £3,000 depending on the specific Force. 

Below you will find the Police Pay Point and Police Pay Level for each role within the National Board of the Police Federation of England and Wales. Where there is a specific uplift that is relevant to a particular role then we have marked it down in the chart below.
