RESPONSE 2:
The PFEW does not hold this data in a readily available format. This means that it would entail a manual process to search through each individual file to ascertain the outcome of the case. We estimate that it would take at least 20 minutes per file to find the information requested. In the context of there being 2292 files to manually analyse, the PFEW is applying section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA): cost of compliance exceeds appropriate limit, to this part of the request.
RESPONSE 3:
The PFEW can provide accurate data in relation to the disability element of this question but cannot provide it in relation to reasonable adjustments as this would entail a manual search and so, again, section 12 of FOIA would apply. Please see below for the data relating to disability:

*Please note that the 2025 data is provided up until the date of this request. The 2025 figures will be lower, particularly in terms of compensation to the member, because most of these Employment Tribunals will be ongoing and therefore total costs and compensation cannot be completed until the case is concluded and closed.
