Please could you provide details of how many requests have been received in writing via email to the data protection email inbox between January 2020 and today’s date 27th August 2025; requesting access to use PFEW IT systems whilst outside of the United Kingdom in a foreign country.   

This is in accordance with your acceptable use IT policy where requests must be made in writing to the DPO email inbox 2 weeks prior to travel each time.

The Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) does not hold records of this prior to 1st January 2024. Therefore, we are only able to provide information from the start of January 2024 up until the date of your request.  Access is intended for short term temporary access only.
The number of requests to work abroad remotely from 1st January 2024 to 27th August 2025 is 78.
