REQUEST 1: I am requesting information on the Metropolitan Police Federation ‘MBB Christmas Lunch’ held on 5th December 2024. 

What was the total amount of money spent on the event? Please include all expenditure claimed from the MPF.

RESPONSE 1: £2,351.75

 

RESPONSE 2: This expenditure was agreed at the Metropolitan Branch Board meeting held in March 2024.

 

RESPONSE 3: This event came from the Metropolitan Police Federation (MPF) budget under “events”.

 

RESPONSE 4: This expense was not claimed by any individualIt was instead paid for on the General Secretary’s business card.

RESPONSE 8: Attendees did not make any financial contribution to the event held at “Roast” which the expenses in Q1 coverIf further food or drink was consumed after this, either at Roast or at any other venue, this would have been funded by the individual personally.

 

RESPONSE 9: The event began at 2pm.

 

RESPONSE 10: The MPF office holders operate under Inspector Regulations. This was in line with a legacy agreement with the Metropolitan Police Service. As such, CARM is used to record their 40 hour week and office holders manage their day to day hours.
