REQUEST 1: Please provide details for the expenditure on the London Police Bravery Awards held at the Royal Horseguards Hotel 3rd April 2025.

Please supply the information under the following headings:

Accommodation costs for MPF office holders

REQUEST 2: Accommodation costs for guests of the MPF who were not nominees (i.e. former and retired office holders)

REQUEST 3: Accommodation costs for PFEW National office holders

REQUEST 4: Accommodation for nominees, their families and guests

REQUEST 5: Costs associated to third party providers such as media or communication

REQUEST 6: Can you provide details of those invited (roles, not names) excluding the nominees and their guests

REQUEST 7: Can you provide details of the numbers of nominees invited including their guests

RESPONSE 1: £2,163

RESPONSE 2: £1,226

RESPONSE 3: The term “National Office Holder” is not used within the PFEW however we have taken this term to refer to members of the National Board of which, none attended, and therefore the cost was zero.

RESPONSE 4: £4,326

RESPONSE 5: £28,469.99

This cost is attributed to the media work for the entire event including work undertaken both before and during the event.

RESPONSE 6: The PFEW does hold this data but considers that provision of the data would contravene the data protection principles outlined in Article 5 of the UKGDPR (specifically Article 5.1(a)) and that by providing roles or job titles, most of the individuals concerned would be identifiable. The PFEW therefore considers that publishing this data would contravene section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (personal data). We are however willing to disclose a broad list of attendees as per the below:
