1. Details of how many PFEW Ethics Standards Performance Committee (ESPC) investigations/hearings GMP Chair Mike Peake has been part of in the years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 (to date) and his roles in those investigations/hearings. Please provide the information by year and by role.
2. For the 2024 investigation/hearing of Mark Jones please provide details in all costs incurred. This figure is to include travel expenses, food and accommodation and all other miscellaneous expenses

1. Since 2022, Mr Peake has only been involved in one ESPC hearing/investigation at the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW). This was earlier in 2024 where his role was as a National Council panel member.

Travelling and food have come from the branch’s budget so is reimbursed by the branch to the employee. The hotel charge was incurred centrally and was cross-charged from national to the branch to reflect the correct cost at the branch level.
