Ms Phillips is not employed, nor is she contracted by the PFEW: either as a psychotherapist or in any other role. Instead, she is a supplier to/partner of the Sussex Police Federation branch locally, and provides a service offered to Sussex Police officers under the branch's local scheme. Officers are offered discounted rates for Ms Phillips' services. Ms Phillips was not appointed to any role by Mukund Krishna, with whom she has no professional or personal relationship/friendship.
