PFEW uses a Job Evaluation Model to outline the different job evaluation (JE) levels aligned to each role within the PFEW HQ structure. There are 8 levels in total, 1 being for apprentices, going through to 8 being the CEO (the Operational Leader of the Organisation).
The job evaluation levels, number of employees within each level and pay bands are as below:

Senior roles within the organisation are allocated to levels 6, 7 and 8 which are managed using spot market salaries.
