FOI 00323 - Annual report and accounts

I respectfully request that you provide me with the annual financial accounts for PFEW from January to December 2021 and also January to December 2022.
I have tried to address this request via my Local Branch Board without success and the last annual financial report available to view on the official PFEW web site is for the year ending December 2020.
Therefore, I do not believe that this request should be exempt under Section 21 of the FOI Act as the information clearly is not available by any other means. If you require any further information or payment in order to facilitate this request please do not hesitate to contact me.

Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) can confirm that it does hold this data but is exempting it under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 Section 22: Information intended for future publication.
Enquiries have been made with our finance team who have advised that the 2021 Annual Report and Accounts are intended to be published by October 2023. The data for 2022 will follow thereafter. Once published, they will be available for viewing here: https://www.polfed.org/resources/reports/accounts/
