Do the Fed office hold records of injury pensions held by former [medically retired] police officers? I understand that Cumbria have 94 such officers in receipt.
What, if any information is held for each officer?
How far back do you hold records for?
Responded: 2 October 2020
The Police Federation of England and Wales can confirm that we do hold this data. In line with our retention policy this information is held for 6 years after the injury claim is finalised and closed.
We cannot comment on the data held for each officer as this is considered to be their personal data.
