We can confirm that the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) do hold some of the information you have requested.

In response to questions 1 and 2, the pages following this response are the policies requested.

In response to question 3, in the financial year 2017/2018 the total amount of expenses claimed was £425,184.

In response to questions 4 and 5 we do not record alcohol as a separate expense item therefore we are unable to provide this information.

Finally, in response to question 6, the total amount of reserves held centrally by the National Board as at 30 September 2019 was £12.1m. This represents 40% of annual operating costs
