I am preparing a research proposal as part of a Professional Doctorate proposal which will examine Police Pursuits. I am aware from an initial literature review that the Federation has previously provided data that contributed towards the Government response in relation to consultation regarding police pursuits, ‘The Law, Guidance and Training Governing Police Pursuits: Current Position and Proposals for Change.’ Would it be possible under the FOI act to request a copy of the data that was provided to the Government that outlines numbers of Police Pursuits undertaken from 2016 onwards?
I am aware that I could request an FOI from each the force, but if you hold any additional data centrally that would assist me in formulating my Doctoral research proposal at this stage, I would be very grateful.

Under section 1 (1) (a) and (b) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I can confirm that the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) does not hold the information requested.
