The 2026 Police Unity Tour brought together 446 riders for a memorable three‑day journey to the National Memorial Arboretum, helped along by three full days of sunshine. For the first time in the Tour’s history, participants completed the ride without encountering a single drop of rain, which added a lightness to the event and lifted spirits throughout the route. Riders from across the country travelled together in a shared act of remembrance, honouring fallen colleagues, reflecting on their service, and supporting the work of the Police Memorial Trust.

The arrival at the Arboretum was a particularly moving moment, with teams joining one another in quiet respect and collective pride. Although many forces were represented, there is still room for those not yet involved to consider taking part in future years and adding their voices to this growing tradition.
