HM Treasury have today announced that Police Officers in England and Wales will receive a 2.5% pay rise, to take effect from 1 September 2020.

Later today (Tuesday 21 July) the Home Secretary will lay a statement before Parliament containing the recommendations of the Police Remuneration Review Body (PRRB).

We do not receive prior sight of the PRRB recommendations or Government’s response to them, as such we will comment further once we have had the opportunity to consider them.
