Time is running out for Nottinghamshire Police Federation members to make their voices heard in the latest pay and morale survey 2024.
The survey remains one of the most comprehensive means of research into the views of police officers across England and Wales, containing questions on pay, wellbeing and personal and Force-wide morale.
Participants can also expect to be asked about specific topics such as pensions, annual leave and rest days.
Branch chair Simon Riley said: “We will always work in the best interests of our members when it comes to our interactions with Nottinghamshire Police.
“If we are backed up by research that has come straight from the mouths of its staff, that proves invaluable for us. We want the findings to be as reliable as possible by having as many respondents as possible.
“In last year’s survey, there were 435 Nottinghamshire respondents – a response rate of approximately 18 per cent – so let’s try and better that this time around.
“This is your opportunity to have your say on topics and issues that really matter – the things that dictate how you carry out your job day-to-day and how happy you are as a professional.”
The Police Federation's Pay and Morale Survey 2024 closes on Monday 28 October.
Members should have received an email containing a link to the survey. If they have not received the email, please check your junk. If it still cannot be found, contact the Federation office.
