IT’S ARRIVED 😊 GROUP INSURANCE SCHEME RENEWAL

The Group Insurance Scheme (GIS) is due for renewal on 1^st October 2025 – please find your latest Scheme Benefits Booklet and Travel Policy on our website here.  It is your responsibility to ensure you know what you pay for and whether you have Single or Joint cover.  If you have any questions please ring the office on 01522 305460, email office@lincs.polfed.org or post a question on here.

 

MEMBERPASS

Philip Williams have introduced a “Memberpass” which is an excellent app for you to use allowing you access to all Group Insurance material 24/7.  To add your MemberPass to your phone wallet please action the following:

1. Scan the QR code below using your phone. Tap “Add to Wallet” when prompted.

1. To view full scheme details:

• iPhone: Open Wallet, tap the pass, then tap the (•••) in the top right corner. If you opened Wallet by double-clicking the side button, tap the (i) icon.
• Android: Open the pass and tap “Pass Details”.

You will then be able to view the following:

• Scheme Benefits Booklet
• Travel Policy
• Claims Info
• Clickable phone numbers and email links

There is no need to re-download year after year as your pass updates automatically when any changes are made & your data is not collected so your information stays private and secure.
