Lincs Federation will then send your completed form to the Healthcare Team at Northumbria who will make direct contact with you to confirm your membership. The Healthcare team will then contact Lincs Payroll and your subscriptions will commence after your 3 months free membership

Police Officers & Police Staff - If you have joined this scheme and previously were a member of PTC , please contact payroll direct via email to cancel your subscription of £7.80  (please cc office@lincs.polfed.org into your email , many thanks)

REFER A FRIEND AND RECEIVE £25  - As a token of our appreciation, if you, as a member of the Scheme, recommend a friend/colleague who then joins the Scheme, you will receive £25. You can refer as many friends/colleagues as you like…
