Group Insurance

The Lincolnshire Police Federation Insurance Scheme is designed specifically to offer members the best, most comprehensive cover at the most competitive rates.  The Scheme is open to the following:  

• Serving Officers
• Retired Officers (if already in the Scheme upon Retirement)
• Lincolnshire Police Staff 
• Special Constables (Federated members only can obtain a bespoke package via Direct Debit)

Please Note:  There is no critical illness cover for retired members

You can access the online portal by registering HERE  This will allow you to complete the application process.

For those already in the scheme this allows you to view all the current booklets, documents and polices.

Of note:  One of the best editions to the site is the “Contact us” button; you can request a callback during office hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) which is an excellent edition to the customer service they already provide.  Please note this is not to be used in an emergency but can put your mind at rest with any enquiry you may have.

Group Schemes - Philip Williams

MemberPass

Philip Williams have introduced a “Memberpass” which is an excellent app for you to use allowing you access to all Group Insurance material 24/7.  To add your MemberPass to your phone wallet please action the following:

1. Scan the QR code below using your phone. Tap “Add to Wallet” when prompted.

1. To view full scheme details:

• iPhone: Open Wallet, tap the pass, then tap the (•••) in the top right corner. If you opened Wallet by double-clicking the side button, tap the (i) icon.
• Android: Open the pass and tap “Pass Details”.

You will then be able to view the following:

• Scheme Benefits Booklet
• Travel Policy
• Claims Info
• Clickable phone numbers and email links

There is no need to re-download year after year as your pass updates automatically when any changes are made & your data is not collected so your information stays private and secure.

 GP24 App

The GP24 app will allow you to choose an appointment time to suit your needs and integrate with any other HealthHero services in your scheme.

How to save the web app: On first use, click Reset Password to create an account

and Use code LN25 to register

iOS Device -In the Safari web browser navigate to the web app link above. Then click the icon shown left and select ‘Add to Home Screen’ and then ‘Add’.

Android Device - In the web browser navigate to the web app link above. Then click the icon shown left and select ‘Add to Home Screen’.

Laptop/Desktop - PC - Right click with the mouse to display the menu and select ‘Create Shortcut’.
