SMART DELAY PLUS - REGISTER YOUR FLIGHTS

Smart Delay Plus provides a benefit entitling you to airport lounge access in the event that your registered flight is delayed or a cash sum of £25 if there is no lounge available. For cover to apply you must register each and every flight via the registration platform. You are unable to claim for both benefits.

CRUISES 

If you are planning a cruise please make contact with Philip Williams at enquiries@philipwilliams.co.uk at least 2 weeks prior to your departure date.   Philip Williams will then be able to provide you with a confirmation of insurance letter as requested by most Cruise Companies.

• Dates of your cruise
• Names and dates of birth of all passengers
• Full address of all passenger

From 01/10/24 Specific cover now includes :

• Missed Departure
• Compensation for missed connections.
• Skipped Port
• Cabin Confinement
• Reimbursement for cabin confinement expenses
• Loss or Damage to Cruise Attire

Apart from cruises , you do not need to contact Phillip Williams prior to any travel overseas, as long as you comply with the health declaration on page 3 of the booklet.
