Local Policing Staff Forums 

The local policing staff forums were set up as your opportunity to engage with senior leaders to receive relevant updates and information and raise any questions or areas of concern you may have.  Many officers, especially those working front line roles, find it difficult or are unable to attend these teams meetings.  Local Fed reps often attend these meetings however and can raise any questions you want answers to.

If you would like a question asked, a point raised or a concern highlighted, please detail this on the form below and your Federation Reps will raise them at the next available staff forum.  Please note that if we have a large volume of questions, we may identify general common themes to raise rather than ask every individual question.

Surveys 

The views of members are important to PFEW and a number of surveys are carried out to gather vital information that helps support both the immediate and longer term needs of the organisation. As well as providing a national picture, the surveys also provide local reports for individual forces across England and Wales.
