POLICE MORTGAGES

Fee-free mortgage advice tailored to the police community

Police Mortgages works in partnership with Lancashire Police Federation to provide specialist mortgage advice for police officers, staff and their families. Whether you're buying your first home, moving house or reviewing your current mortgage, the aim is to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.

With access to a wide panel of lenders, including all major UK high street banks, Police Mortgages can search thousands of mortgage products to find options that best suit your circumstances. Rather than spending time comparing deals yourself, they'll do the legwork and explain your options in a clear, easy-to-understand way.

One of the key benefits of the service is that it's completely fee-free. You won't pay for mortgage advice or for arranging your mortgage, allowing you to explore your options without worrying about additional costs.

They can help with:

• First-time buyer mortgages
• Remortgaging and product renewals
• Home mover mortgages
• General mortgage advice and affordability questions

Appointments are flexible and can be arranged around shift patterns, making it easier to access advice when it suits you.

For more information, visit police-mortgages.co.uk.
