Male members of Nottinghamshire Police Federation are being invited to a session to help them understand more about the menopause.
Men Supporting Menopause takes place in JHQ conference room 1 from 10.30am to 11.30am tomorrow (Tuesday October 8) and online via Teams.
It’s being held as part of Menopause Awareness Month, which runs throughout October, with 18 October being dedicated Menopause Awareness Day.
Chair of Nottinghamshire Police Federation Simon Riley will be chairing the in-person session.
The event aims to help men find out about the symptoms and how they can support the women in their work and home life.
It is being provided by Nottinghamshire Empowering Women to Succeed (NEWS) and is open to everyone.
For more information or the Teams meeting invite, please contact Detective Inspector Kylie Westlake, the NEWS chair.
