Win a new Fitbit

Nottinghamshire Police Federation members could be in with a chance of winning new Fitbit by downloading the My Healthy Advantage app.

Provided by Health Assured, the health and wellbeing app is designed to improve mental and physical health by using personal metrics to set goals and achievements.

It includes fitness videos, blogs, and recipes, video podcasts, meditations and breathing exercises.

To be in with a chance of winning the Fitbit, scan the QR code, download the My Healthy Advantage app and follow the instructions to create an account and you’ll automatically be entered into the draw.

The competition also applies to existing users. 

Police Mutual, which offers financial services for serving or retired police officers, staff and their families, has released a series of online factsheets for August.

Pick up advice and tips on budgeting and saving in the Let’s Talk Family Finances factsheet, It also offers financial advice on starting a family, caring for elderly parents, and making a will. 

A second factsheet focuses on musculoskeletal problems, how to prevent them, tips on physical activity, and sources of support and information. 

Police Mutual’s Grief Awareness factsheet provides advice on coping with grief, tips for helping children cope with death, and advice for what to say if someone has been bereaved.
