Remembering DS Ludwik Sowka

Nottinghamshire Police Federation has paid tribute to fallen colleague DS Ludwik Sowka on the 21st anniversary of his death.

Ludwik died at the age of 51 when he was involved in a motorbike collision as he travelled home from work on 25 January 2002.
