Pay and morale survey reminder: deadline approaching

The deadline for this year’s pay and morale survey is fast approaching and Nottinghamshire Police Federation members are being encouraged to complete it before it closes.

Branch chair Simon Riley said the survey is vital to the work of the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW).

The findings will be used by PFEW in its national pay campaign, in fighting for fair remuneration for police officers, and in calling for an independent pay mechanism.

It will also provide accurate and timely information on the current state of police morale and wellbeing, helping to inform and drive policies to support officers.

Simon said: “The more members who complete the survey the louder our voice will be.”

The survey runs until this Monday (11 December).
