Fed chair urges members to fill out Pay and Morale survey

There’s still plenty of time for Nottinghamshire Police Federation members to complete this year’s annual pay and morale survey.

Branch chair Simon Riley said it’s vital to the work of the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) and encouraged as many members as possible to complete it.

The survey findings will provide vital evidence to support the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) in its national pay campaign, in fighting for fair remuneration for police officers, and in calling for an independent pay mechanism.

It will also provide accurate and timely information on the current state of police morale and wellbeing, helping to inform and drive policies to support officers.

Simon said: ““The more members who complete the survey the louder our voice will be.”

The survey runs until Monday 11 December.
