Members urged to complete pay and morale survey

Nottinghamshire Police Federation secretary Tom Hill is encouraging as many members as possible to complete the annual pay and morale survey.

This year the survey has been combined with the demand, capacity and welfare survey, and Tom said the results will support the Federation’s drive to improve pay and working conditions for members.

Tom said: “Thank you to all members who have completed the survey, your input is really important to our work.

“If you’ve not yet had chance to complete it, please do so. Your experiences and insight will help support our efforts in campaigning for fairer pay and conditions, and a fairer pay system.

“The survey is open until 3 October. Please don’t miss out – have your say.”

The Federation aims to find out the views of frontline officers on a range of key issues including pay, morale and wellbeing.

The results will then be used to support its campaigns for fairer pay and conditions.
