Yorkshire Wildlife Park

This offer is open to ALL members of the Group Insurance Scheme only. This includes serving officers/support staff and those who have retired.

If you would like to make use of this fantastic offer, we would politely ask that you observe the following rules:

Yorkshire Wildlife Park (YWP) bookings

1. All bookings must be made via the Federation office, to ensure that only ONE member uses the ticket each day and must be made by email to dave.keen@polfed.org or nottinghamshire@polfed.org

Please do not book by telephone.

2. You must provide the Federation office with a personal email address in order that YWP can confirm your booking and provide you personally with a reference number.
3. You must provide the number of guests in your party (adults/children).

The membership is a family pass for four (two adults and two children). Any additional numbers must be covered at the expense of the member. It is acceptable not to fully allocate the maximum numbers and still use the pass though.

4. You must provide a selected booking time for your visit (full details on YWP website) so it can be processed by the venue.
5. You may use the card on more than one occasion, however, you must have ‘used’ your booking before another will be accepted. Multiple advance bookings will not be accepted.
6. If you fail to attend your booking without notifying us, you may be prevented from using the card again for three months, unless there is a valid reason.
7. Bookings will be checked regularly to prevent excessive use, to ensure fairness to all members of the scheme.

Please note:

All bookings must be made with the Federation a minimum of two weeks in advance to allow time for confirmation with the attraction.  Once your booking is authorised and confirmed by the Federation, you will receive a booking reference number, which will be sent directly to your personal email address by YWP.  You will be asked to provide proof of this along with ID when you arrive at the venue. The booking is not transferable, and the member must be present on the day of attendance. If you are not booked and confirmed via the Federation office then, unfortunately, you will not be allowed into the attraction.
