Nottinghamshire Police Federation Group Insurance Corporate Card for White Post Farm

If you want to make use of this offer please read the below guidelines:

  1. The offer is open to ALL members of the Group Insurance only. This includes serving officers/police staff and retired members.
  2. You MUST APPLY via email to dave.keen@polfed.org or Nottinghamshire@polfed.org. ALL bookings must be made at least a week in advance of the intended date
  3. In your email please supply your required date and your collar number. If retired your old collar number followed by (ret)will suffice. Please ensure you provide a valid email address should there be a requirement to forward confirmation/digital tickets to you.
    NOTE: DO NOT EMAIL INDIVIDUAL REPS. THEY DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE BOOKING FORM AND YOUR EMAIL WILL BE DELETED
  4. Please ensure you have received confirmation that your booking has been accepted before attending. The Farm will only allow the officer that is named on the booking sheet held at The Federation office into the Farm.

The rules:

  1. You may use the card on multiple occasions however you must have ‘used’ your booking before another will be accepted. Multiple bookings will not be accepted.
  2. The bookings will be on a first come first served basis If a conflict of 2 simultaneous booking occurs, the member with the least attendances will be given priority.
  3. We will be monitoring use of the card – if you book and fail to attend without cancelling you may be barred from using the card again for 3 months from the date you failed to attend.
  4. The card is for family use only. The group is 2 adults and 2 children. Any extra children or adults must be paid for separately.
  5. Adult groups only will not be permitted entry. Please ensure you have your child(ren) with you on arrival
  6. The booking is not transferable and the member who books the visit must be in attendance on the day.
