Health&Care are excited to launch Your Care – a brand-new Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) designed to support your wellbeing, whenever you need it.
You’ll have 24/7 access to expert, confidential support and a range of wellbeing tools to help you with life’s challenges—big or small. Whether you need emotional support, financial guidance, or practical help, Your Care from Vivup is here for you.
How does this fit with our existing support?
- Our internal Psychological Team will continue to support those with work related concerns. The internal team will also continue working closely with our counselling agency, Working Minds. For more information on this, see our intranet page on the Force Intranet
- Any personal issues, including emotional, financial, or lifestyle challenges, can now be supported through Your Care.
What does Your Care offer?
- Confidential Counselling – Self refer to speak to professional counsellors to seek support for any personal concerns including mental health, financial, family and bereavement.
- Your Care can offer up to 6 face to face or virtual appointments.
- 24/7 Support and Wellbeing Helpline – For those moments where you feel overwhelmed and need responsive, confidential support there is a helpline you can call for mental health advice and support.
- Online GP available 24/7 – Book a video consultation with an experienced GP at a time that suits you. You can also use this service for any children you have under the age of 18.
- Please note, any private prescriptions issued will not be covered and will need to be paid in full by you.
- Debt and Money Management Advice – Support with budgeting, financial worries, and future planning.
- Goal Setting & Progress Tracking – Set health-boosting goals and sync with your fitness apps.
- Self-Help Resources – Access a wide library of blogs, videos, recipes, and expert advice.
- Discounts and Savings – A range of discounts are available with leading retailers.

*To ensure ongoing improvement in employee wellbeing, Vivup provides anonymised grouped data to Health & Care. This information helps identify key workforce trends, allowing for the development of proactive support and wellbeing initiatives—while maintaining complete confidentiality.
