The Police Charities UK group is a consortium of 20 police related charities, with the common aim of providing assistance to serving and retired police officers and their families.

The Police Children’s Charity is a registered charity which supports Police Families by helping to ease the financial pressures of bringing up children in the face of life changing circumstances. These include the death of either Parent, or the Police Parent taking early retirement due to an illness or injury sustained on or off duty. The Charity also offers financial assistance to support the mental health and wellbeing of the children of serving eligible donors. No amount of money can replace a Parent, but the financial support from the Police Children’s Charity can make a real difference to the lives of children. Support includes:

Police Care UK is a charity, which is a regeneration of The Police Dependants Trust, entirely independent, totally confidential, and operates to assist both serving and retired police officers or police staff, across all UK police forces.
