Welcome to the first part of our new series – CEO Direct - where we will cover your questions about the topics that matter and we will share news of the great work of our reps and members. 

This programme focuses on how our Federation is changing:  we are working to make it simpler, leaner, more professional and more open. As part of that I want to be transparent with you about the journey we are taking, so that you are all part of making it fit for the future.

In this episode I wanted to update members on the progress we have made since the employment tribunal judgment, from developments around the settlement, to our focus on services to the members, to the Independent Review which will assess what mistakes were made, and how we should reform going forward.
