Important update - Smart Delay Plus now requires members to register at least 48 hours before your flight.  

You can register for this service plus up to a maximum of 3 additional travellers who are insured on your policy. (ie. Your cohabiting partner/spouse plus children under the age of 23). The service is not available to friends or family members not covered by your policy.
