Are you ready to shape the future of policing and ensure your colleagues' voices are heard? The process to elect our new workplace representatives is about to begin! This is your opportunity to step forward and make a real difference.

The timeline for the election process is as follows:

  • 30th December 2024: Nominations open via the Mi-Voice election platform. Nominate yourself!
  • 24th January 2025: Nominations close.
  • 3rd February 2025: Voting opens—nominees are voted upon by their peers.
  • 23rd February 2025: Voting closes.
  • 1st March 2025: The newly elected workplace representatives take office.

We need a total of 20 workplace representatives:

  • 5 from each area:
    • Headquarters
    • North & South Kesteven
    • Lincoln & West Lindsey
    • Boston, South Holland, and East Lindsey

We are looking for a diverse range of representatives, from all ranks and departments, from Specials to Chief Inspectors, from response teams to niche units. A strong and varied council ensures every voice is heard, and every colleague is represented.

Being a Fed Rep is a unique opportunity to:
