There is still time for Derbyshire Police Federation members to complete this year’s pay and morale survey.
Branch chair Tony Wetton said it is vital members make their voices heard on the issues that affect them.
Tony said: “It really is important that everyone has their say about how they feel working in Derbyshire Police – positive as well as negative – so we get a true and balanced sense of where we are and what needs improving.”
The survey runs until Monday 11 December.
The findings will provide vital evidence to support the Police Federation of England and Wales (PFEW) in its national pay campaign, in fighting for fair remuneration for police officers, and in calling for an independent pay mechanism.
It will also provide accurate and timely information on the current state of police morale and wellbeing, helping to inform and drive policies to support officers.
The link to the survey and full details have been emailed to members. If you’ve not received it, please check your junk folder.
If you have any questions or experience any issues, please email researchanddatacollection@polfed.org.
