Serve & Protect - Here When It Counts campaign March 2026

Each quarter, we focus on a theme to show employees the support available when they
need it most.  This quarter, we’re running our Here When It Counts campaign to raise awareness of the Credit Union and the support, we provide employees when unexpected costs arise, or they want to save regularly. This may be helpful to assist with Debt Awareness Week (16–22 March 2026).

We’ve prepared a full set guides that members may find useful and reminding employees they can save through borrow responsibly, or access support for unexpected costs.

Employees may need support for:

• Unexpected bills
• Car or home repairs
• Building up savings
• Avoiding high-cost lenders

The campaign encourages small, practical actions.

Financial stress is common and can affect employees in many ways, including
concentration, absence, mental wellbeing, and productivity.  Even an unexpected cost of £500 - £1,000 can cause real pressure.
