As we approach Christmas and the New Year, it gives me and my Federation colleagues the opportunity to thank all our members for their hard work over the past 12 months.
The festive season is always a busy time of the year for the police, but hopefully some of you will be able to get the opportunity to celebrate with family and friends.
To those of you working during the festive period our thanks for your sacrifice and dedication in keeping our communities safe.
We hope you keep safe and at some point, find the opportunity to celebrate with your loved ones.
