Message from your Chair - Lee Sims

In 2024 we have hosted our 2nd Bravery Awards recognising the amazing work our brave Officers do on a daily basis.  The ceremony was a huge success and we are now looking to our 2025 awards.

Our Federation Support Team received an Excellence in Policing Award for Creativity & Innovation where the team where acknowledged for their support to Officers and staff who have been victims or witnesses of misconduct. 

The Federation Wellbeing Team are continuing to support our members running various campaigns throughout the year, which we will continue through 2025.

If you are struggling in any way including emotionally or financially, please speak to us here at the Federation.  We can support you and signpost you to the help and services you need.  We know that our members are facing unprecedented stress; more officers are coming to us with financial worries, and some are even using our food bank, Fed Fridge.  We will continue into the new year with all our campaigned to assist you all.

We continue to represent you, our members, every day, negotiating with the force and meeting local and national politicians to press home the issues that affect you.

Thank you all for your fantastic work over the past year.
