New guide to terms and conditions of service

The Police Federation has issued a new Quick Reference Guide (QRG) to officers' terms and conditions of service.

The new guide replaces the issue dated July 2020 and reflects the removal of the bottom pay point for sergeants; the extension to paid maternity leave and adoption leave and to Targeted Variable Payments.

The QRG is supplemented by the most recent set of Frequently Asked Questions on matters where clarification on practices during Covid were given.
