Members are being encouraged to look after their own wellbeing thanks to a free downloadable guide that has been created by Police Mutual.
Coinciding with World Wellbeing Week, which launches today (Monday 21 June) and runs up until 30 June, the factsheet covers five simple steps that officers can take to improve their health.
From connecting with others, to being active and learning, there are plenty of simple changes people can make to their lifestyle to help boost happiness.
The factsheet also looks at things that might impact wellbeing, like the Covid-19 pandemic, financial worries or lack of sleep.
A number of useful links are also included in the guide, for those who need that extra bit of support.
Police Mutual offers wellbeing and financial support to serving and retired police officers, as well as their families.
