Blue Monday: Free guide aims to help officers

Are you feeling low? A free guide has been created to help officers beat the blues this ‘Blue Monday’. 

Said to be the most depressing day of the year, Blue Monday is the name given to the third Monday of every January, with wet weather, short days and Christmas debt all likely to impact our mood.

Police Mutual has created a guide, full of handy hints to help combat the blues including exercising, financial planning and getting outside.

Readers should be aware that the guide was created prior to the latest Covid-19 restrictions, so those following advice should also be mindful of current Government lockdown restrictions.
